How to Request Deletion
- Email info@sisilyinternational.com.
- Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include the name and email address you used with us. If your request relates to Instagram, Facebook or Messenger, also include the relevant account username or other information that helps us identify the correct records.
- Briefly state what you want deleted. You do not need to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary for us to identify the relevant data.
What We Will Do
After we receive a valid request, we will take reasonable steps to locate the relevant records and delete or anonymize personal information that we are not required or permitted to retain.
Where the request relates to information received through Instagram, Facebook or Messenger integrations, we will include the relevant conversation or platform-related records under our control where reasonably identifiable.
Identity Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask for reasonable information to confirm that the person making the request is the person to whom the data relates. We will not ask for unnecessary sensitive information solely for this purpose.
Information We May Need to Retain
Some information may need to be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or record-keeping purposes. Where appropriate, information that must be retained will be restricted from ordinary use and kept only for the applicable retention purpose.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests without undue delay and within the period required by applicable data protection law. If a request is complex or requires additional verification, we may contact you for clarification.
